It’s an honour to provide the official patch for the commemorative mission of the ‘Navy to Victory Tour 2025. This project features ‘Ready 4 Duty’ - a Douglas R4D-6S, recognisable as the U.S. Navy version of the DC‑3/C‑47. The aircraft is operated by the Commemorative Air Force’s Dallas/Fort Worth Wing.

The 12‑week, 12,000‑mile transatlantic journey from mid‑April to July 2025 pays tribute to WWII veterans as it travels throughout the USA, Iceland, France, the Netherlands and the UK.

This iconic aircraft will also transport artifacts from surviving U.S. World War II-era warships, such as U.S.S. Yorktown, Battleship Texas, and U.S.S. Laffey, during the Navy to Victory Tour. The exhibition, assembled specifically for this tour, marks the first time that artifacts from so many U.S. World War II warships are publicly displayed together.
